  • All orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

  • Since many of our pieces involve hand-finishing by our Entreprenaaris, processing may take slightly longer during peak periods.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

If there is any unforeseen delay, our team will notify you promptly.

 

 

Shipping Time and Delivery

We deliver across India.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 working days.

  • Tier 1 cities: 5–7 days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 7–10 days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link.

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
